World Animal Day 

The 4th of October is World Animal Day. It's an international day of action for animal rights and welfare to emphasize and remember the important role animals have in our world.

World Animal Day is an opportunity for organizations and individuals to unite under one banner and make animal welfare a top priority across the globe. However, World Animal Day is not the only day to care for animals, there're 365 occasions a year. 

Animals don't have bad days, they are inherently good. They cannot speak for themselves, so we need to look after them and take care of their health and wellbeing. We share this world with other living creatures, all of whom are directly or indirectly beneficial to us and are instrumental in sustaining life on this planet. As partners in life they deserve our respect and care. Be kind to every kind, not just mankind.
