World Animal Day 

World Animal Day is a day of action recognized worldwide for animal rights as well as wellfare. It is celebrated on the 4th of October, Francis of Assisi feast day, the animals' patron saint.

Building the celebration of World Animal Day is about making the world a better place for all animals, improving the status of animals. Through increasing awareness and education, we can develop a compasinate culture to make this world a fairer place for all living creatues. A world where animals are recognized as sentient beings and full regard is always paid to their wellfare. 

In celebration of World Animal Day, a huge variety of inspiring events are held each year. There are big awareness and educational events, shelter open day's and pet adoption events, but also pampering your own pet extra special is a good start. We at Eylem always go the extra mile.
