Open That Bottle Night!

We were a little bit surprised to hear that tomorrow, the 29th of February, is "Open That Bottle Night". There's a special day for that! Apparently one night in the dull and dark February has been crowned to Open That Bottle Night. An immeasurably brightening of the month for wine-lovers, we can imagine. This day celebrates cherished bottles of wine, champagne and spirits. Especially the bottles of wine you usually put away for a special occasion, are used and enjoyed this day. But not only can you taste this (too) long stored and cherished wine of yours, it's also a perfect occasion to invite some people over and reconnect with eachother over a bottle and create good memories with friends and family.
