This beautiful traditional gaff rigged Dutch leeboard Lemsteraak was built by Hoekstra/ Heerlien in the Netherlands. Noorderzon was designed with racing and cruising in mind and has the potential to do well in regattas. In addition she features very spacious living areas; a spacious salon, galley, master stateroom and guest room. The many stainless steel parts such as chain plates, capping rail flat bar, windlass and halyard winches etc… assure a lasting fresh and clean appearance on deck. She represents an exceptional quality of joinery work in pear wood with mahogany flooring as produced by Heerlien. The teak decks and classic skylights, oak leeboards and rudder, oregon hollow spars and oak carved exterior joinery are stunning, to say the least. The interior includes paneling in pear wood in gloss varnish, in combination with white satin oregon grooved ceilings and satin varnished mahogany flooring, creating a very special and warm atmosphere. The yacht has been kept in great condition.
